This is a sample of some Willow that Richard and I cut. The tree
was about 34" across the base, and as you can see in the picture on
right, a great deal of it turned out to be "curly". My own
research hasn't turned up much with respect to how rare "curl"
is in Willow, but this one is really pretty. The two boards pictured
are just two of several in this tree that were cut 24" wide.
